About Josie: Born in China, graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor’s degree, and from Missouri School of Journalism with a Master’s degree; worked as a journalist for both Chinese and English newspapers for more than six years, including Beijing Today, South China Morning Post; studying journalism and mass communication at the University of Iowa.
